Resolving Payment Issues

Common Payment Issues

Payment deducted but not reflected

If money was deducted from your bank but the portal shows payment pending:

1. Wait 15-30 minutes — the system automatically reconciles payments every 5 minutes

2. If still pending after 30 minutes, note your RRR number and contact support

Generating a new RRR

If your previous RRR has expired:

1. Go to the payment section

2. Click Generate New Invoice

3. Complete payment with the new RRR

Supported Payment Methods

  • Bank transfer using Remita RRR
  • Card payment through Remita gateway
  • Bank branch payment with RRR number

Getting a Receipt

After successful payment, download your receipt from the Transaction History section of your portal dashboard.
