Resetting Your Password

1. Go to the login page at portal.trcn.gov.ng

2. Click Forgot Password

3. Enter your registered email address or phone number

4. You will receive an OTP via SMS

5. Enter the OTP and create a new password

Password Requirements

• Minimum 8 characters
• Include at least one uppercase letter
• Include at least one number

Still Can't Login?

• Make sure you are using the correct email address
• Check that your phone number is correct for receiving OTPs
• If you have changed your phone number, contact TRCN support for assistance
• Clear your browser cache and try again
