How to Download Your TRCN Certificate

Downloading Your Certificate

1. Log in to the Teacher Portal at portal.trcn.gov.ng

2. Navigate to My Certificates section

3. Your available certificates will be listed

4. Click Download on the certificate you need

5. The certificate will be generated as a PDF

Common Issues

• Certificate not showing: Ensure your registration is fully approved and payment confirmed
• PDF not loading: Try using a different browser (Chrome recommended)
• Wrong details on certificate: Contact TRCN support to request a correction

Certificate Verification

Anyone can verify the authenticity of a TRCN certificate using the QR code printed on it or by visiting the verification portal.
